It wasn’t too long ago that we served up this sweet Peppermint Hot Cocoa recipe, and today nutritionist and wellness coach Jennie Miremadi is back at it again with a smoothie that is sure to delight. With fresh ginger, spices, and even some protein if you please, this incredibly easy-to-make treat is the perfect afternoon satisfier or meal on the go. Especially during this time of stuffy noses and winter humdrum, some healthy body fuel and aromatic goodness could not feel more appropriate. Enjoy!
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
